- Hela Najjar is in charge of the legal secretariat of companies. She joined Jurismed in February 2012. Hela has worked on the constitution of SARL and SA, she participated in the drafting of the minutes of the ordinary and extraordinary general assemblies as well as the minutes of the boards of directors.
- Hela has 8 years of experience in legal secretarial work for companies.
- Hela holds a basic degree in accounting management from the Institut Supérieur de Comptabilité et d’Administration des Entreprises.
- She speaks Arabic, French and English.
