- Mahdi Khrouf is a lawyer at the Tunisian bar since 2020. He joined Jurismed in July 2020. Before joining Jurismed, Mahdi was legal advisor of a holding company and a group of companies with a strong national reputation.
- Mahdi acquired experience in advising companies in the fields of public- private partnerships mainly in renewable energies. He assisted several clients in commercial and corporate law. He has contributed to the establishment and strengthening of international franchise networks in Tunisia, particularly in the fields of restaurants, textile and automotive services.
- He also worked as a legal assistant for a law firm specialised in civil, commercial, criminal and administrative litigation.
- Mahdi holds a Master’s degree in Common Law from the Faculty of Legal, Political and Social Sciences of Tunis and a Master’s degree in Legal Sciences from the same faculty. He drafted a thesis on “Concerts In Competition Law: A Comparative Study Between The European Union Law and U.S. Federal Law”.
- He is fluent in English, French and Arabic.
