- Oussema is a jurist who joined Jurismed in September 2021 as a project manager.
- As proof of his versatility, he has had several experiences outside the legal field, notably in communications, project management, journalism and marketing.
- Oussema is a social activist, leading an experience in civil society since 2018 with one of the most renowned NGOs internationally, in which he holds during the 2021 term the position of local President.
- He started an experience as a social entrepreneurship consultant with an international academic NGO.
- Oussema is preparing his master’s thesis in business law at the Faculty of Law and Political Science of Tunis
